Do you offer homes for rent and for sale? 

Yes! We have homes that can be rented or purchased through a lease-to-own or an outright purchase. We allow work with local retailers to help place new home owners in our properties.  Search our site for a home or lot that's right for you!

How much is the space rent per month?

Lot rents are typically around $300 a month for a single-wide home.  This rate is subject to change.  Please confirm space rent rate with the park management.

Do you have vacant spaces available where I could bring in my own manufactured home?

Yes, but only in a few communities.  Please search our site to see if we have available lots and then contact our site manager with the make, model, size, and year of your home. We will also require a pictures of your home before you are able to move it in.

Are there pet restrictions?

Yes, because of insurance requirements. There is a pet weight limit and no aggressive breeds are permitted such as Rottweiler, Pit-bull, German Sheppard, Chow, etc. The list also includes any mix of these breeds. Furthermore, this is not an exhaustive list.  Please check with your park manager on the specifics.

How much is the application fee? 

The application fee is $35.00 per adult applicant. All tenants must fill out an application.  This fee covers the cost of the backgroud check.
